A little history of myself.
On May 15th 1966, a marvelous event happened... I was born!
My life has been filled with one miracle after another. In fact, it was my mother who once said; "If you live to see your next birthday, it'll be a miracle!"
I have some distinct memories from my childhood. One involves an unfortunate incident after having watched the Captain Kangaroo show. Mr. Green Jeans had just demonstrated how you milk a cow. Well, the only thing we had around was a large, male Labrador Retriever... So now I have a scar on my left cheek as a memento of the occasion.

On to the good stuff... I left home at 18 to join the Navy. I don't have too many pictures of those times, but then again, I don't think I'd want some of those pictures out for everyone to see ( I did take 3rd place, though).
After six years, I left the Navy for solid ground. I stuck around Charleston, South Carolina for almost a year before taking my first Government contracting job. This is where the photos on my website, and the adventure begins.

My picture chronology started in the Kwajalein Atol. This is a chain of islands about 2300 miles WSW of Hawaii. In other words, it's in the middle of NOWHERE! The particular island I lived on was so small, I could stand with my back to the ocean, and see the waves breaking at the other side.

My life, like many others, was changed on September 11th 2001. Because of my background, I was well suited to help out our troops overseas. I volunteered to go out there for a year where I did "computer stuff" for them.

I took another trip in 2004, this time to Iraq. This trip was by far the most dangerous and had me questioning my motives, but after meeting the people of Iraq, I'm glad I went.
By the way, contrary to what the press would have you believe, the Iraqi's like having us there!

So the pictures here show a little slice of life for me and my friends. I intend to continue putting photos up, so I hope you enjoy them!
